This was a very easy to read and “real life” lessons to learn about leadership told in a way to keep you coming back to read it. The lessons included:
- Do Less – Work Faster
- Set Ground Rules for Leadership meetings
- Be a Driver – Accept total responsibility as a leader and not just a manager
- Ensure everyone understands the company goals
- Recognizing the stars and reward them
- Develop your action plan before a crisis arises.
- Hire Tough
