About Us
The Leadership Development team aims to promote female engagement and increase their visibility in the flexographic industry. We accomplish this through identifying different leadership opportunities, career development, and networking to give women the space to evolve as leaders and open doors to new opportunities.

I never planned on a career in Flexo, after spending my high school summers filing mountains of customer records, I wanted to run far and fast from my family’s business. I had big dreams of “killing it on Madison Avenue” but life led me back to Chicago and our pre-1900 plant in Wrigleyville. Books we loved this month:
Atomic Habits, By: James Clear
This book is about compounding small manageable habits consistently to achieve big long-term results. This book is like a manual to turn yourself into the person you want to be without feeling the stress of a big change. You make hundreds of tiny little, almost invisible choices using the Four Laws of Behavior Change to whatever habit you want to start. You are focusing on getting better by 1% every day. That makes it seem much more achievable. I certainly plan on using this method! This book is great for anyone looking to learn new habits.
