This book is about compounding small manageable habits consistently to achieve big long-term results.  This book is like a manual to turn yourself into the person you want to be without feeling the stress of a big change.  You make hundreds of tiny little, almost invisible choices using the Four Laws of Behavior Change to whatever habit you want to start. You are focusing on getting better by 1% every day.  That makes it seem much more achievable.  I certainly plan on using this method!  This book is great for anyone looking to learn new habits.
