Difficult personalities can consume a lot of our time\, energy and patience which can cause a significant level of stress in our lives. This seminar will discuss ways to limit the negative effect that difficult personalities can have on our lives. Because their behaviors are so ingrained in their personalities\, you will not be able to change them\, but you can change your perceptions of and response to these people resulting in less stress on you and maybe even positive interactions with them.
