About Us

The Mentorship Committee creates a space for women in flexo to offer wisdom and insight to those new to the industry through mentorship programs and social events. Our goal is to forge lasting connections between women working in this male-dominated industry and set them up for success throughout their career.

The Professional Mentorship Program

Are you new to the flexo industry? Maybe you’re a flexo veteran. The Women of Flexo Mentorship Program aims to develop relationships between members new to the industry and those with experience. Registration for our next professional mentorship program is open until August 20, 2023. This program will run from September 4, 2023 to May 31, 2024.  Register here

The Student Mentorship Program

This program aims to introduce students to the flexo industry by connecting them with an experienced mentor. All grades are encouraged to apply! Registration for our next student program will open in October 2023. This program will run from January-March 2024.
